We are the only Aluminum Dock company that uses a Tig Welding process to build each and every one of our docks. No other company uses this method because it can be very time consuming, however, we prioritize quality over speed. It is a specialized art form which requires dexterous hands to create a finesse look with perfect penetration for an everlasting weld. Each and every stitch of weld requires the perfect amount of heat as well as a hand dipped filler rod added at the right moment to create the perfect weld.
Each and every one of our docks is perfectly air sealed and tested. This means no moisture, condensation, water or ice will ever penetrate the inside of your aluminum frame, making the aluminum last decades longer without corrosion!
Because of the air tight tig-welding process our company uses, the frame themselves actually hold air pressure and float. This means if you install the frame even without wood on it, the frame itself can be positioned in place without sinking! And with this ever-changing water depth fluctuation or if a terrible storm overtakes your dock, it can be recovered. Due to it floating it will not sink to the bottom of a lake.
